General Terms

Assignment You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms there shall be no third party beneficiaries. We may assign, transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder without consent.
Disputes
By agreeing to these terms, you are bound by a legally valid contract with the said legal entity. The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Delhi, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.
